Production & Shipping

All Vittorio Studio pieces are handmade to order in monthly production batches.

Orders placed during the current month will be produced and dispatched by the last day of the following month. For example, orders placed in October will be produced in November and shipped by November 30.

Production timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If a delay is expected, customers will be notified with an updated estimated dispatch date.

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Customers will receive tracking information when their order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees unless explicitly included at checkout. Customs processing may result in additional delivery delays.
